I am no one extra ordinary. I am not a super-model, actress, or anyone that you would see on television. I am not a inventor who discovered the cure of cancer or a magician who can make airplanes disappear. I am not a sculpture who can build works of art out of natural materials, or a program designer who can add ease to our lives with a simple app for your smart phone. BUT... I am a mother of the most amazing blessing who ever came into my life, my son. I am a daughter of parents who love and care about me and my child. I am a friend to those who need a listening ear. I am a nurse who helps those who are sick and hurting. I am a student to everyday life. I am a single mom struggling to make ends meet and find 27 hours in a day. I am a sister to my siblings here on earth as well as my ever loving brother Jesus in heaven. I am a princess to my Heavenly Father who loves me unconditionally. I may not be a lot of things that seem to matter in this world but to those that mean the most I am the world.

I have decided to start this blog for a few reasons. I feel the need to keep track of my life with something I can show my son that we can enjoy together. I feel the desire to share what I learn as I travel through this earthly existence with those who care to read and maybe with them we can both learn a thing or two that we may not have known before. This blog will be filled with happy memories, fun adventures, yummy food, and lots of smiles. That's not to say I won't have some sad stories too, but I hope that as we travel on this adventure we can always look for the silver lining to everyday life.
